Dependable Business Solutions, LLC dba Dependable Staffing is a privately owned and operated small business Headquartered in Texas. We are a certified DBE, MBE, VBE, HUB and SBE organization. DBS specializes in the Office Administration, Information Technology and Light Industrial categories offering all levels of temporary staffing, Contract staff and direct hires. DBS was established in 1996 as a New Jersey corporation formerly Dependable Temp Service Inc. We opened our first Texas office in June of 2003. My family and I relocated to San Antonio, Texas in December of 2009 and re-formed our business under Dependable Business Solutions now a Texas LLC. DBS has successfully targeted the Local Government and Business Industry. We currently staff numerous employees performing various tasks like Office Administration, Data Processing, Front and Back office support, Light Industrial and Hospitality. We work closely with community development agencies and workforce development programs to bring job opportunities to their graduates and local residents. We currently partner with Alamo Community College Districts, OHSA Jobs Plus program, Avenida Guadalupe, Goodwill Industries and AARP to help develop and place their personnel. Our employees are screened and tested to ensure a competent and well qualified workforce. Many of our clients have been with us over 10 years, and our retention level with both clients and employees is excellent. DBS has a small employee turnover due to our dedication, education/training programs and benefits packages.
