SERVICE/PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION |
UV inactivates Coronavirus, flu, mold, odors, etc in a facility’s air and HVAC equipment. UV can save hundreds of maintenance hours and extend HVAC equipment life. UV helps keep employees, students, parents, media, and lawyers happy. Our UV systems are approved for ESSER reimbursement. - - - UV's ability to rapidly destroy airborne and surface pathogens has been scientifically validated for over 100 years. UV is capable of safely reducing airborne Coronavirus (SARS-Co-V2) by over 99% in less than a second of high speed air through the central HVAC system, and we apply the science to accurately size your UV system. - - - For higher risk occupied areas, wall mounted systems are very effective (WM or CDU lines popular). These fixtures are calculated to achieve air quality equivalent to more than 20 fresh Air Changes per Hour (Dr. James Mcdevitt - Harvard). - - - For Exposure or "discharge" events, portable surface disinfection units are available (See EDU line). These have delay timers and motion sensors to protect occupants from exposure. - - - The EPA says attendance, productivity and test scores improve with better IAQ. - - - Destroying HVAC mold restores coils to like-new function and efficiency, saving thousands in energy $$ every year. For Maintenance this means no more chemical or physical HVAC coil cleaning and longer lasting HVAC equipment. Trade hours upon hours for a 1 minute bulb change every 2 years. - - - Safety is paramount – all of our lamps contain less than 5mg mercury and produce zero ozone. All of our fixtures use multiple safety precautions with zero hazardous exposure incidents since our inception in 1963. - - - We only use non-proprietary bulbs like Philips or GE that are readily available and a fraction of the cost of house-brand bulbs from other UV vendors. All of our fixtures come with all hardware and safety components for a complete installation – no field engineering. Just have an electrician connect power to our j-box or plug it in. - - - This also means we’re able to actually stock UV product for immediate shipment, or keep lead times under 4 weeks in most cases. - - - Science based, client driven Lumalier UV products have been made in Tennessee since 1963 of the highest quality materials and workmanship. Originally for the health care field, the energy savings and air quality benefits compelled us into the commercial market and with approximately 60,000,000 square feet of installations in every industry, all over the world (except Antarctica). We are confident we can make this a easy and swift project for you. - - - Some regions encourage UV installation with a financial incentive on top of your TIPS savings. In the mid south, the TVA Energy Right Program will pay $30 per HVAC ton up to $100,000 for UV installations. Safe Air UV is in the Preferred Partner Network to help you smoothly get this incentive. Phoenix offers $30 per HVAC ton for UV infusion. Bright Energy Solutions offers $8 per HVAC ton in ND, SD, MN, and IO through local utility companies. (Values as of June 2021. Get incentive approval before installation.) - - - Find an easy sizing guide, or buy online at www.SafeAirUV.com. Contact us for a TIPS “coupon code” to apply TIPS approved pricing.
