With over 30 years of JOC experience, F.H. Paschen is one of the largest and most experienced Job Order Contracting (JOC) Contractors in the nation. Our roots in Job Order Contracting go back to 1985 when Paschen established a dedicated JOC Division which has since expanded to address the needs of Department of Defense for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs), and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABERs) nationwide.
