Systems Design provides a complete turnkey POS product for K-12 school systems. The products offered include both hardware and software plus on-site installation and training. The software modules available are POS, Back Office including interface to TxEIS, Skyward and other PEIMS systems, interface with TXUNPS for monthly DC process, Free and Reduced Applications, Online web based module for applications, Inventory, Parent Portal for credit/ debit card payments, and more.

Texas Department of Agriculture's ARM Section 17 includes specific requirements that are not included in 2 CFR Part 200. Also, we are not sure how compliance is affected for other states with the use of USDA Federal Child Nutrition funds expenditures. TIPS leaves it to the Member entity to review our due diligence and decide for themselves if compliance is adequate.
