With a Parent Account Portal for convenient meal and activity payments where parents can mentor their students “healthy” choices, plus meal accountability, claims reporting, nutrition analysis, procurement and inventory control software, we strive for the highest degree of customer satisfaction providing project management, training, webinars, and continuing maintenance, upgrades, and support. PCS supplies a variety of off-the-shelf touch screen POS, tablets, Meal Vending machines, biometrics, payment Kiosks and related accessories. Sales and support services are provided nationwide through regional offices and corporate offices located in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

As of February 2016, TIPS cannot guarantee compliance with the new USDA and Texas Department of Agriculture Child Nutrition Food Service Regulations found in the document entitled, "ARM Section 17" that was issued in February 2016 and updated periodically since. Texas Department of Agriculture's ARM Section 17 includes specific requirements that are not included in 2 CFR Part 200. The primary rules that are different is the requirement for specific quantities for goods or material or services purchased under the RFP. Also, we are not sure how compliance is affected for other states with the use of USDA Federal Child Nutrition funds expenditures.
